The Harbor's 2024 Annual Report

​Since our founding in 1976, The Harbor has been a beacon of hope for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in Clatsop County. Over the years, our work has expanded in ways we never imagined–offering culturally specific programs, enhancing violence prevention education, and increasing emergency services to better serve our community.

This report is more than just the numbers–it’s a reflection of resilience, growth, and the unwavering support of our community. It highlights the life-changing impact of our programs, including:

• 414 survivors supported through advocacy, shelter, and crisis intervention

• First-ever SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) services in Clatsop County

• Violence prevention education reaching every school district in the county

• Expanded Latiné/x services, providing bilingual and bicultural support

• The Dock, a new after-school safe space for youth
